I got my frame quite quickly, even though I was worried Canada post would be on strike. It was packed really well, and every framing material they use is very high quality!! Just received my second order - this time it was for two floating frames that, like the first order, were slightly oversized as I had requested because I wanted a 1/2\" gap rather than the standard 1/4\" gap. The frames were perfect and I easily mounted the paintings with the hardware provided in about an hour - and they look great. At about half the cost of having them done by a frame shop I am very pleased. Many thanks, James.

I ordered a 30x20 Canvas that ended up taking 3 and a half weeks to get printed and shipped to my home. The turn out looks fantastic except for 1 small white spot in a darker portion of the image that\'s impossible not to notice. Sadly it looks like the machine or however it\'s made missed printing a small pixel or something on the canvas.
