I received your email stating to review and contact you if we had any changes.
I did that plus left a VM with my order number to advise that I wanted to change the color of the frame.
Not only did I not get a call or email back, you shipped the order after you asked me if the order needed to be modified.
Not good service.
What\'s the point of asking if you aren\'t going to respond.
Beth P., Fort Lauderdale | Fantastic job. Fantastic job. I absolutely love my print. I bought some new bedroom furniture, and the old print didn’t fit over the higher headboard. A friend suggested I use one of my own pictures from Tofino. I knew I wanted something long and narrow, so I cropped one of my sunset shots of Crystal Cove, uploaded the file, and it was so easy. The size options popped up, I selected the one I wanted - 20 x 45, and had the final product in my hands within 5 days. I will definitely do it again. Can’t wait to see what shots come out of my next trip, and what new “art” I can get for the walls then.
Brenda, Coquitlam | thx Thanks for the up-date. Nowhere in the Greater Toronto area can artists get custom frames for canvas art - so it is no wonder that your site is being used throughout Canada by artists. The web-site is very easy to maneuver.
